Providence Baptist Church participates annually in the RISE AGAINST HUNGER (formerly Stop Hunger Now) International project joining with various churches in the area. The event gathers

non-perishable food items to be packed in boxes and distributed around the world. We then gather at a church to pack boxes to send out. The churches rotate each year as to where the packing event is held.
